This Refund Policy explains how payments, service charges, and refund situations are handled for our appliance repair services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
Because we provide on-site repair services, refunds are handled differently from product-based businesses.
1. Nature of Our Services
We provide professional appliance inspection, diagnosis, and repair services only. We do not sell products or spare parts separately. Service charges cover technician time, expertise, travel, and diagnostic work.
2. Diagnostic & Service Visit Charges
Once a technician has visited the location and completed inspection or diagnostic work:
The service visit/diagnostic fee is non-refundable
This charge applies even if the customer chooses not to proceed with the repair
The fee covers technician time, travel, and technical assessment
3. Repair Service Payments
Refunds are generally not applicable after a repair has been completed, because the service involves labor, time, and technical work already provided.
However, we may review cases where:
The same issue reoccurs within an agreed service warranty period (if provided)
The repair performed is found to be incomplete or technically incorrect
In such situations, we will prioritize re-service or correction, not cash refunds.
4. When Refunds May Be Considered
A partial or full refund may be considered only if:
A booking was paid in advance and canceled before technician dispatch
Our team is unable to provide service due to internal scheduling limitations
Duplicate payment was made by mistake
Refund approvals are subject to management review.
5. Situations Where Refunds Are Not Provided
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Customer declines repair after diagnosis
Appliance failure due to age, wear and tear, or unrelated new faults
Damage caused by power fluctuations, improper installation, or misuse
Customer dissatisfaction unrelated to the technical quality of repair
Appliance becomes faulty later due to separate components
6. Service Warranty Instead of Refund
Where applicable, we may offer a limited repair warranty for specific work performed. This means:
We will revisit and correct the same issue
Warranty does not cover unrelated problems
Warranty becomes void if another technician opens the appliance
7. Cancellation Policy
Customers should inform us as early as possible if they need to cancel or reschedule
Last-minute cancellations after technician dispatch may still be charged
8. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved:
It will be processed using the original payment method where possible
Processing time may vary depending on payment provider policies
