Welcome to our appliance repair service website. By accessing our website, booking a service, or using any of our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Company Services
We provide on-site appliance repair and maintenance services in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for residential and commercial customers. Our services are limited to diagnosing faults, performing repairs, and improving appliance performance.
We are a service-based company and do not sell spare parts, appliances, or accessories separately.
2. Service Booking
By requesting a service through phone, WhatsApp, or website forms, you confirm that:
The information you provide is accurate and complete
You are authorized to request service at the provided location
You grant our technicians safe access to the appliance and property
Appointments are scheduled based on availability, location, and workload.
3. Inspection & Diagnosis
All repair work begins with a technical inspection to identify the issue. The customer understands that:
Some problems may only be discovered after opening or testing the appliance
Final repair recommendations may differ from initial assumptions
Additional issues found during inspection will be communicated before proceeding
4. Pricing & Payments
Service charges are communicated before or after diagnosis, depending on the issue.
Prices depend on appliance type, complexity of repair, and time required.
Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
We maintain transparent pricing and do not include hidden fees.
Failure to complete payment may result in service refusal for future bookings.
5. Service Limitations
We are not responsible for:
Pre-existing internal damage not visible before repair
Damage caused by misuse, improper installation, power fluctuations, or water supply issues
Appliance failure due to age, wear and tear, or manufacturer defects
Loss of food, business interruption, or indirect financial losses
Repairs improve appliance function but cannot guarantee the lifespan of old or heavily worn units.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Ensure safe and clear access to the appliance
Provide correct electrical, gas, and water connections
Inform technicians of any previous repairs or known issues
Supervise children and pets during service visits
We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are unsafe.
7. Warranty on Repairs
We may provide a limited service warranty on specific repair work, depending on the nature of the repair. This warranty:
Covers only the repaired issue
Does not cover new faults unrelated to the original repair
Becomes void if the appliance is opened or repaired by another technician
Warranty terms, if applicable, are explained at the time of service.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers should inform us as early as possible if rescheduling is required.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking priority.
9. Liability
While we follow professional repair standards, we are not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Data loss from smart appliances
Delays caused by traffic, weather, or parts availability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service provided.
10. Website Use
All website content, text, and service descriptions are for general information. We may update services, policies, or pricing without prior notice.
Unauthorized copying, misuse, or reproduction of website content is prohibited.
11. Service Area Policy
Our services are available only in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Requests outside these areas may be declined.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after updates means you accept the revised terms.
